Blueprint Homes Incorporated is a real estate investment company that partners with individuals to purchase property. These properties could be foreclosures, short sales, or real estate in need of repair. This Company partners individuals that would normally be turned away with one or multiple other people to collectively pursue an investment.

            The market is currently flooded with real estate that is drastically underpriced and shows great potential to invest in your future by buying when everything is “ON SALE”!

            Blueprint Homes Inc. has a strict system that enables it to invest in these properties while only using a minuet amount of your own money and does it with almost no risk at all. These investments are purchased with a loan that incorporates all payments, repairs and expenses into its origination. There are specific requirements for this program that pertain to an individual’s financial state (IE. Income and Credit rating). Although some investors will get a solo approval, most investors will be approved after being joined with appropriate partner(s). You as the investors along with Blueprint Homes Inc. will be the owners of these properties until they are either refinanced into a rental or sold to a buyer.

 

Blueprint Homes Inc. has two levels of investors:

 

 Level 1 Investor (Part-time) - Everyone in the program starts at a Level one. This level is mainly for investors that want to be hands off and enjoy only the financial benefits of each individual deal while Blueprint Homes does all the hard work for them. At this time an investor is only a financial participant and student. Blueprint Homes handles all the day to day decisions including contractor agreements, scheduling and budgeting. Basically a Level 1 investor is an apprentice that should learn how to purchase, repair and either sell or refinance an investment property that would generate the highest profit possible. Every investor is required to do at least three Level 1 investments before moving to level 2. No investors are required to move to Level 2 if they are comfortable in their current position.  

 

 Level 2 Investor (Full-time) – At the level 2 position, you as the investor(s) will do all the day to day operations for each property. The only responsibility Blueprint Homes has will be the initial loan, concluding the investment and any customer service questions or assistance needed throughout the process. Although your potential for making more profit is greater with this level, I do not recommend this if you still wish to keep a fulltime position at a previous employer.
